Q: How Can I Order Products and How Much is Delivery? 

A: Browse our various products, choose the style of your choosing, and add the name you want on the label. Then click "Add to Cart." Once you have finished shopping, go to the checkout, and we will process the payment. Any orders over R750 will be delivered for free countrywide. For any order less than that, we will charge R59 for delivery to major city centres and R99 for any area outlying the centre. 

Q: When Will they Arrive? 

A: Depending on the complexity of your order, the processing time will take between 3 to 5 working days. Once processed, delivery will occur 1 to 3 days after your order has been processed. We deliver nationwide, right to your door. 

Q: How Do I Apply them to Clothing Once they Arrive? 

A: The type of name tag that you order will determine how you apply it to your clothing or stationery. When it comes to the iron-on options for clothing, it is important to remove all the water from your iron as the iron must be completely dry. You then set it to medium heat and turn the clothing item inside out. Once you've done this, place the name label face up on the clothing item (so that it is visible), and cover it in wax paper. Place the iron over the label for 10 to 15 seconds, three separate times. For added durability, you can then sew your name tag in. However, this is not necessary.
