Production & Printing

Here at labels4school we have a team of experienced print technicians and graphic designers working around the clock to provide our customers with the best personalised labels and products in South Africa. We would appreciate your patience during peak seasons where there in an influx of orders.

DISPATCH TIMES:

Printing & production times differ depending on peak and off-peak seasons. Off-peak season, from February to October is 2-5 working days. Peak season, from November - January is 5-8 working days. Delivery times are not included in production times.

DELIVERY TIMES:

After your personalised package is processed and printed, our courier team will collect your order from our facility.

1-3 working days to main city centres* after dispatch. *Outlying areas may take an additional 2-5 working days to reach your collection point.

What does each delivery option entail?

Pargo Click & Collect: Is delivered to any of the Pargo pick up points listed here. Choose your desired pick up point after check out. You will recieve an SMS and email when your order arrives at the desired pick up point.

Home Delivery: Have your parcel delivered to your door. Someone must be home to receive the package. 1-3 working days to main city centres* after dispatch. *Outlying areas may take an additional 2 working days to reach your physical address. A correct postal code and address must be provided.

Please note:

All delivery times are from date of dispatch which excludes processing time*.

*Processing times: off-peak season (February - October) 3-5 working days. Peak season (November- January) 5-8 working days. Production starts after payment reflects in our account.

Payment via card or EFT

When paying via card we will wait for the payment to reflect in our account before we start production.

When paying via EFT please ensure that you use the correct *reference number located in the top of the email sent to you after checkout. It is very important that the reference number is the same as this is used to match the payment on our system.
