Can I split a pack between two kids?
Unfortunately we cannot split packs as we run off an automated system but we do have a few different packs to choose from and you can also purchase sets of individual labels, however the label packs are the best quality.
Can I choose a font / picture?
Yes! We now have a choice of two fonts (Arial / Comic Sans) and an all new exclusive range of adorable pictures as well as a Fantastic range of colour options if you are looking for something a bit more fun.
How do I choose iron on or Sew in labels?
It is one label. These are iron on labels which can also be sewn-in around the edges for extra re-enforcement when used for rough hostel washes.
Can I have an "optional field" on my micro labels?
These are very small so just the name and surname is printed on these.
Are the iron on/Sew in labels good quality?
Yes they are very good quality as they are imported from the UK. The most important thing to do is to read the instructions very carefully before attempting to apply them – there are full written instructions and picture instructions for all the labels in the pack. The labels are suitable for home washes up to 40 degrees though so if the labels are for boarders or care homes which use very hot washes they may need to be sewn in as well (just 2-3 stitches on each short side should do it).
Where can I get the ear savers?
The free 3D printed ear savers are limited edition supplied with our masks. They are locally produced here in South Africa and are not sold separately.
How long does printing take?
Printing generally takes 2-3 working days however during busy periods such as November, December and January, printing lead time may be between 5-8 working days after payment reflects in our account.
What delivery options are there?
R49 Fastway couriers to physical addresses in main centres, R99 Aramex to physical addresses in outlying areas or R99 Speed Service couriers to Post offices or farms.
How can I select Standard mail or Registered Mail for delivery?
Due to many complaints regarding postal deliveries due to inefficiencies at the post office we have unfortunately had to remove these as delivery options.
Which is the best delivery option?
We always recommend Fastway courier for main centres and R99 courier for outlying areas.
Can I collect my order?
As we are an on-line business we do not have a permanent premises for collection.
What does each delivery option entail?
Please note: All delivery times are from date of dispatch which excludes processing time. Fastway couriers R49, has a tracking number, is delivered to your door – No PO Boxes, someone must be able to sign for the parcel during the day and delivery is 1-3 working days after dispatch depending on your area. 24 hours to JHB, PTA, DBN. 2-3 days to CPT, East London, PE. Please check that Fastway delivers to your area. Aramex / Speed service couriers R99, delivery to outlying areas, has a tracking number and delivery is 1-2 days after dispatch. Aramex is used for outlying physical addresses. Speed service couriers is used for outlying PO Box addresses – this must be collected from the post office.
What delivery option do I choose if I am not from South Africa?

Must I pay for courier twice if I make two different orders?
If you have placed two orders at the same time and all the delivery details are the same we will send the two orders in one satchel, provided you let us know before either parcel is dispatched.
How do I place an order?
Easy! Just select the pack that you would like to purchase and fill in the details that you would like printed on the labels, customise it with a picture and font; then press “Add to Cart”. You can then continue shopping or carry on to “Checkout”.
How does the ordering process work?
If you would like to pay via EFT, then once you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an SMS and email with our banking details and your unique order reference number for the EFT or deposit, this will also be displayed onscreen once the order has been submitted. (Please use the Exact Reference Number when making payment to avoid delays). You will receive an SMS notification once we have matched payment and another SMS once we have dispatched the order, with a tracking number. Your labels will then be on their way to you.
If you would like to pay online, then once you have placed your order and made payment you will automatically receive an SMS notification that we have received payment. You will then receive a second SMS notification once we have dispatched with a tracking number where applicable. Your labels will then be on their way to you.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Keep a look out for your SMS’s! The first SMS should come through within minutes of submitting your order. The second SMS will come through once we have matched your payment – If you do not receive this within 2-3 days of making payment – Please let us know!
How long does it take for the initial SMS to come through?
Just a few minutes! If it hasn’t come through something may have gone wrong. Ensure that when you type your cell phone number in to the order form it is in standard cell phone format with no hyphens, plus signs or spaces.
How can I check the status of my order?
The best way to do this is to send an email or a query SMS to one of the numbers on the “Contact Us” page.
What payment methods are there?
We accept on-line credit card payments, EFT or deposit. We do not operate on a COD basis as we use independent couriers.
Where can I send the proof of payment?
Just so long as you use your reference number correctly – we do not need the proof of payment.
What happens if I use the wrong reference number?
Please let us know! We Cannot match your payment unless you use the correct reference number.
My bank does not like the branch code – what can I do?
This does happen sometimes with Nedbank or Absa. Try adding two zeros in front of the branch code. Alternatively you can use the branch name: Galleria Amanzimtoti.
How long does payment take to clear?
We generally take 1-2 days to match payment. FNB will clear into our account immediately, other banks may take a day or two.
