Labels4School (www.labels4school.co.za) respects your privacy and will take reasonable measures to protect it, as more fully detailed below.
Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains why we collect personal information and how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information. It also explains how you can access, correct, update or delete any personal information provided to us, or make a complaint if you have concerns.
Section A: What Personal Information is collected and how we use it
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information including, but not limited to, your name, address, contact number and email address. Your information will be kept in the strictest confidence and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by us under any circumstances.
Information about your computer hardware and software is also automatically collected when you use our website. This information can include your IP address, browser type, access times and/or referring website addresses. This information is used by us for the operation of the website and the services offered on the website and to maintain the quality of the services offered on the website.
Section B: Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Ratings and Reviews: When you provide a rating or review of a Product, you consent to us using that rating or review as we deem fit, including without limitation on the Website, in newsletters or other marketing material. The name that will appear next to that rating or review is your First Name, as you would have provided upon registration. We will not display your Last Name, nor any of your contact details, with a rating or review.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

For your protection, all such information is collected through encrypted means. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Online payment: All credit card payments are encrypted and processed by PayFast Payment Gateway. Card holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to access their privacy policy.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website

Payment Gateway T's & C's
Any use by you of the website operated by Just Identification Systems LTD at www.labels4school.co.za (the "website") is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when we deem necessary without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page for updates to these Terms & Conditions, which shall come into effect once posted but shall not apply to orders accepted by us prior to the amended text being posted.

All references to 'our', 'us', 'we' or 'business' within this policy and within the opt-in notice are deemed to refer to Just Identification Systems LTD trading as Labels4School.
1. Payments - We accept payments by: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro & JCB. All prices include VAT. Our ordering system is level 1 secure with Worldpay Corporate Gateway. We don't store any credit / debit card details on our server for security reasons, and all data is submitted via universally accepted, secure encryption techniques.
2. Refund & Return Policy: Where goods have not been personalized for the customer the customer is entitled to cancel the order and return the goods for refund within 28 working days of delivery. Items not conforming to the online description should be returned promptly and we will replace them with the correct products and return your postage. If you are completely unsatisfied a full refund will be provided. The limit to this rule is R1500 after which there is no return on personalized products. Please contact us at info@labels4school.co.za before you post your products back and state the reasons for the return so that we can endeavor to improve our service and expedite resolution of your claim.
3. Delivery Costs and Times - For Average Delivery Times see the Delivery Section. The timings below relate to speed of postage delivery, not manufacture.
Delivery costs are able to change at any time and will be updated on the website. Delivery times quoted are estimates based on that provided by the couriers in ideal delivery conditions and we are not liable for additional postage or courier costs in the event of a courier dispute or delayed Christmas courier times.
We always post with a courier as registered post with the South African Post Office is no longer offered. Your labels should be with you in 2 weeks. As such we say to allow 28 days from order date just as a safeguard so that we will always deliver faster than our projected delivery time to the customer and not disappoint.
We endeavor wherever possible to dispatch orders as fast as possible especially where there are important deadlines like return to school dates.
