We want to bring awareness to all teens, through World Teen Mental Wellness Day. On this day we encourage all young people to take a moment of silence from self-doubt, negative self-talk and to start practicing self-care. An affirmation is a positive statement that you verbalise to yourself that helps you visualize and ‘convince’ your mind that what you are saying is true.
